The conference is in-person only and attending and presenting the papers requires prior registration.
Each registration fee includes full access to the symposium venue, lunch and coffee breaks and a ticket to the social event scheduled for the evening of Thursday, 30th October.
The main registration policies for ISPA 2025 are:
Each conference participant, presenter or not, must register.
Each paper accepted and presented at ISPA 2025 and archived in the proceedings must be covered by a non-student registration.
A full registration covers one paper. Naturally this registration includes full access to the symposium venue, lunch and coffee breaks and a ticket to the social event for one person.
A second paper can be appended to a full registration through the payment of an additional paper fee (see table below). This type of registration also includes full access to the symposium venue, lunch and coffee breaks and a ticket to the social event for one person.
A third registration type "Student Registration Without Paper" is available for students that desire to attend the symposium without presenting a paper and includes full access to the symposium venue, lunch and coffee breaks and a ticket to the social event for one person.
There is an early bird registration period starting on the 1st of October and ending on the 10th of October.
The regular registration period starts on the 11th October and ends on the 19th October.
The fees for each period are listed in the table below.
The registration is to be done through a virtual store hosted and managed by the University of Coimbra, following the steps listed next.
Access the virtual store by at UC Virtual Store.

Clicking the "ISPA 2025" entry leads you to page where you can find four possible registration types, matching those in the fees table above.
You should then select the registration types you want to buy, by click the button on the right. As an example if you are registering one paper (student authored or not) you need to buy one Full Registration, if you are registering two papers, you need to buy a Full Registration and an Additional Paper. If you are registering three papers you need two Full Registrations and one Additional Paper as per the rules above. Once you have put in your basket the registrations desired, you can proceed to the checkout by clicking the Checkout button.
The checkout requires that you register in the virtual store following the instructions provided.
Once you completed the registration in the virtual store and logged in, you can proceed with the checkout by filling in the details in the "Delivery Information" page and then in the "Payment Information".

For full registrations you should list the paper/submission number your are registering. For an additional paper registration you need to indicate the paper number and the paper number of the full registration to which this additional paper registration is being added. For all types of registration you should inicated if the paper is a student paper by writing Student Paper. This information is needed to manage the best student paper award.
