Welcome to the web site of the ISPA 2019 symposium! ISPA 2019 will be organized in wonderful and unique Dubrovnik, Croatia, also known as "The Pearl of the Adriatic". In its heyday, it was a bustling, flourishing city protected by its mighty defensive walls. This unique medieval setting has been preserved and was inscribed on UNESCO World Heritage List in 1979.

ISPA 2019 is an international symposium that brings together researchers in the area of image and signal processing and analysis, serves as a forum for exchange of new ideas, and promotes international research collaboration.

ISPA 2019 is organized under auspices of Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts. ISPA 2019 is technically co-sponsored by EURASIP, IEEE Signal Processing Society, IEEE Croatia Section, and IEEE Croatia Section Signal Processing Society Chapter.

2019-07-22 22:00 CET Notifications of acceptance/rejection and instructions for submission of camera ready papers were set to authors who have submitted their work to the main conference track. Notifications for special sessions and for the Workshop on Color Vision may be delayed.

Notifications of acceptance/rejection will be delayed one week to July 22, 2019 as most of the reviews are in, but some are still pending. Camera-ready papers and early-bird registration deadlines have been extended accordingly.

The online submission form for the Illumination Estimation Challenge is open.

The test images for the Illumination Estimation Challenge are now available.

The online paper submission deadline has been extended to 20 June 2019 23 June 2019 at midnight, CET. The deadline is firm.
