ISPA 2025 will take place in the Laginha Serafim auditorium of the Department of Civil Engineering of the University of Coimbra. 

The Department of Civil Engineering is located at Polo II campus of the University of Coimbra, on the right bank of the Mondego River, in the Pinhal de Marrocos area. This campus houses part of the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Coimbra, namely the departments of Civil Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Chemical Engineering.
