Online registration and registration fee payment is now open:

An electronic receipt will be sent by e-mail after the payment is received and processed.

Registration fees

The conference is in-person only.

One full registration is required for each accepted paper. The registration price includes Full access to the main conference, lunch each day, coffee breaks,  and conference banquet.

The main policies & notes for ISPA 2023 are:

• Each attendee must register;

• Each accepted paper at ISPA 2023  (including full research papers, short papers) must be covered by a unique full author registration.

Early Registration (before 07/08)

• • Non-member: 700 EUR

  • Student non-member: 350 EUR

  • EURASIP/IEEE/IEEE SPS member: 650 EUR

  • Student EURASIP/IEEE/IEEE SPS member: 300 EUR

Regular Registration (until 15/09 13/09)

• • Non-member: 800 EUR

  • Student non-member: 400 EUR

  • EURASIP/IEEE/IEEE SPS member: 750 EUR

  • Student EURASIP/IEEE/IEEE SPS member: 350 EUR

On-site Registration

• • Non-member: 850 EUR

  • Student non-member: 450 EUR

  • EURASIP/IEEE/IEEE SPS member: 800 EUR

  • Student EURASIP/IEEE/IEEE SPS member: 400 EUR

N.B.: Only on-site registration is available after 15/09 13/09.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the conference organizer before August 23rd, 2023 to receive a refund of the registration fee minus 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be possible after this date. However, an alternative participant’s name may be provided.
