Regular registration fee includes all technical sessions, abstract book, CD-ROM Proceedings, welcome reception, gala dinner, lunches, and coffee breaks. Please note that regular registration fee does NOT include the hardcopy proceedings.
Student registration fee does NOT include gala dinner and hardcopy proceedings.
Important: In order to have their papers published in the proceedings book, authors of accepted papers are required to register by the early registration deadline - June 27, 2007.
Registration and payment options are selected after logging into
ISPA registration and payment system.
The preferred method of payment is by credit card (Visa, Master Card, and American Express).
Online authorization of credit card payments is used during the registration process.
We can also accept bank transfer payments. Please make sure that we receive the exact amount of the registration fee (some banks deduct some additional fees). The exact amount to be paid is calculated within the online registration system. The bank transfer information is given below:

A payment receipt will be issued at the Registration Desk at the conference.
A cancellation notification must be submitted in writing to the ISPA Secretariat no later than July 1, 2007. There will be a EUR 100 service charge for processing a refund. After this date, there will be NO REFUNDS. All refunds will be paid after the Symposium.
