Oral Presentation Instructions

Each oral presentation has a time slot of 20 minutes, which includes the question and answer period. Therefore, please plan your oral presentation to be about 15 minutes long plus a 5 minute discussion period. Recommended maximum number of slides is about 20.

Font size should be large enough (at least 24 points) to enable comfortable viewing. A PC (with Windows XP and MS Power Point) and a computer projector will be provided in each presentation room. Authors can also connect their notbook computers to the projector (in XGA resolution). An overhead projector will also be available.

Please contact your session chair before the start of the session to inform him or her that you are present.

Poster Presentation Instructions

Each poster will be fixed on the stand, with the dimensions of 95 cm (width) x 200 cm (height). The recommended poster size iz A0 (84 cm x 119 cm) in portrait orientation. When mounted properly on the stand most of your poster will be at eye level. Posters will be fixed on the stands using adhesive tape, which will be provided by the organizers.

Posters should be up between 9:00 and 19:00 on Friday, September 28, 2007. Poster session, with authors in attendance, is scheduled on Friday afternoon. Please check the technical program schedule for detailed information. The posters should be taken down no later than 16:00 on Saturday afternoon.

Please prepare the posters to be readable from a distance of at least three metres. Please also be aware that a poster is NOT intended to be a reproduction of your paper in the proceedings. Try to use less words, and more illustrations.
