Each oral presentation has a time slot of 20 minutes, which includes the question and answer period. Therefore, please plan your oral presentation to be about 15 minutes long. Authors can use overhead projector, or their notebook computer (LCD projector will be provided by the organizers).
Each poster will be fixed on the stand, with the dimensions of 100 cm (width) x 200 cm (height). The recommended poster size iz A0 (84 cm x 119 cm) in portrait orientation. When mounted properly on the stand most of your poster will then be at eye level. Posters will be fixed on the stands using adhesive tape, which will be provided by the organizers.
Please prepare the posters to be readable from a distance of at least three metres. Please also be aware that a poster is NOT intended to be a reproduction of your paper in the proceedings. Try to use less words, and more illustrations.
